ERP implementation – Strategy and Planning

During this stage, objectives, resource allocation (project team), and rough-cut planning are defined and decided with the help of our project manager and your key stakeholders.
Existing processes are analyzed, amended, completed and formalized with the assistance of our functional consultant who provides you with formalization tools.

ERP Implementation – Design

This stage’s objective is to define how the ERP software will be used depending on your departments’ needs. This stage’s deliverables are a set of documents describing how you plan on using the ERP, the “to be” processes, and an operational manual defining how the ERP solution will run.
Typical tasks associated with this stage are:

  • Project team training;
  • Workshops: simulations based on your processes including “what if?” scenarios;
  • Master data definition;
  • Data migration model (if applicable);
  • Project planning update;
  • System documentation.

Typical tasks associated with this stage are:

  • Customizations;
  • Data transfer and control;
  • Deployment planning;
  • Documentation update and finalization.

ERP Implementation – Go-live
