  • Sales management: OPenERP allows you to manage and classify your sales orders into a structural and hierarchical system. It gives you the ability to create new orders and review existing orders in their various states. Confirmation of an order can trigger delivery of goods, and invoicing.
  • Purchase management: OpenERP enables you to track your suppliers’ quotations and convert them into Purchase Orders. Open ERP has several methods for invoice monitoring and for tracking receipts.
  • Warehouse Management: OpenERP provides you with functionality to manage multi-warehouses and structured stock locations. For each warehouse, inbound, outbound, and stock location can be defined.
  • Manufacturing: OpenERP allows you to manage your manufacturing operations with multi-level BoM, routings, JIT, multiple cost methods, phantom BoMs, configurable products, workcenter operations, and sales forecasts. It also supports several planning methods like: Make To Stock/Make To Order, Master Production Schedule, or Minimum Stock Rules.
  • Service management: OpenERP allows you to manage your company’s projects and tasks without any limitations. It provides you with tools to handle multi-level sub-projects, to control tasks, to notify customers via e-mail, to schedule and prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Accounting: This key OpenERP module covers financial accounting, analytic accounting, third party management, taxes management, budgets, electronic bank transfers, assets management, automatic invoicing, analytic controls, financial indicators, and statements management.
  • Point of Sales (POS): With this OpenERP module, you can easily manage all point of sales operations including sales, inventory, Cash registry, and invoicing.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): OpenERP give you the ability to intelligently and efficiently manage leads, opportunities, tasks, issues, requests, bugs, campaign, and claims. It automates key tasks such as communication, identification, prioritization, assignment, case resolution and notification.
  • Report writing: With a few simple clicks, users can modify OpenERP reports in Open Office and tailor them to their needs. This can be done from multiple OpenERP modules including: Accounts, Opportunities, Leads, Cases, Contacts and more.
